FAULTY ITEMS
All items are quality checked but very occasionally there may be a fault we didn't find.
Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a fault. Jewellry items are delicate and should be handled carefully.
If you wish to return a faulty product, MIES NOBIS will gladly repair or exchange. Unless the item is no longer in stock in which case a refund is possible.
